1. Introduction

Welcome to MK Concepts Pty Ltd! These terms and conditions govern the use of our laser engraving services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We, MK Concepts Pty Ltd, offer laser engraving services for a variety of materials, including but not limited to wood, metal, acrylic, and glass. Our services may be subject to specific requirements and limitations, as communicated through our website or other channels.

3. Order Process

To place an order, customers are required to provide accurate and detailed information about their engraving requirements to info@mkconcepts.com.au via the MK Concepts Ordering Form - V2.0. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our policies or ethical standards.

4. Payment

Payment for our services is due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, and details are provided during the checkout process. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Customer Responsibility & Proof of Print

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and error-free engraving specifications. MK Concepts Pty Ltd is not liable for errors or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a proof is provided, and the Customer acknowledges receipt of the attached proof(s) for the laser engraving project outlined in the corresponding order with MK Concepts Pty Ltd. The recipient is responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all details, including but not limited to text, design, dimensions, colors, and placement.
Any requested changes or corrections must be communicated promptly in writing to MK Concepts Pty Ltd within 48 hours of receiving the proof(s). Failure to respond within this timeframe will be considered as tacit approval, and MK Concepts Pty Ltd will proceed with production as presented in the proof(s).
MK Concepts Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any errors or discrepancies identified after the proof approval deadline. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges and extend project timelines.

7. Fading and / or Wear & Tear

MK Concepts Pty Ltd is not responsible for fading, wear, or tear on labels, engravings, or materials after the completion of our services. Exposure to external elements, such as sunlight, moisture, or physical abrasion, can contribute to the natural wear of engraved items.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text submitted for engraving. MK Concepts Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates ethical standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, is expressly limited to the cost of the services provided.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MK Concepts Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia.
